Luke Thompson

• Founding Director

Luke is the founding Director of Introlegal.

As a former Matrimonial Solicitor/Partner in both the regions and London he has an excellent understanding of the legal industry and the requirements of his clients and candidates alike. Luke prides himself on upholding exceptional client care.

Having practiced law for in excess of 10 years he is always empathetic to candidate’s needs. Luke is also fortunate in that a large number of his clients are former professional contacts during his time in legal practice. Such relationships continue to go from strength to strength due to his knowledge and understanding of the legal industry and that of his client’s needs/ ethos.

Introlegal was founded in May 2019 – Luke started Introlegal with a vision of creating a boutique legal recruitment consultancy and not just another agency. He is I’m immensely proud of the service Introlegal provides.

Outside of the office Luke enjoys time with his wife, teenage children and family dog namely, Lawson. Luke is a keen metal detectorist and lover of history. When not sipping on a new red wine Luke can often be found in a muddy field (when time permits) searching for a Roman coin – sadly no gold hoard yet!

Natalie Stein

• Associate Director 
& Head of Property Desk

Natalie Stein is an Associate Director at Introlegal and Head of our Property Desk.

Natalie is also a qualified commercial property solicitor. Natalie trained at Addleshaw Goddard and stayed for 3 years post qualification. She then moved to Seddons in the West End and worked in their very busy commercial real estate department for seven years.

Natalie is a mum to two toddlers and after having her second baby in 2020, she made the decision to change career and move into Legal Recruitment. She has always excelled in business development and now she gets to connect and engage with like-minded people daily which she loves! Natalie has used the network she built up over the years to assist candidates with unique opportunities. She particularly enjoys acting as confidante and advisor to solicitors from NQ through to Partner.

Having been a solicitor herself for such a long period of time, it allows her to have that invaluable insight into what it is her clients are looking for in a candidate. It also helps her to understand what her candidates’ needs are; and often challenge a lot of those ideals.

In my spare time, Natalie enjoys weightlifting, walking in Epping Forest, listening to podcasts, cooking, and sampling red wine!

Louisa Mehta

• Senior Researcher

Louisa Mehta is a Senior Researcher at Introlegal.

Louisa has over 10 years’ experience in legal recruitment both as a Consultant and as a Manager equipping her with a wealth of knowledge in the legal market. She has placed paralegals through to associates in Law Firms across London whilst also managing a team of consultants in the same field and managing a new area of the business, recruiting support staff for law firms. Her earlier career commenced with Badenoch and Clark, initially as a Consultant and then as a Manager, then moving to Taylor Root and concentrating more on recruiting than managing but after a year she became a Manager once again until she left to start a family.

Having taken nearly 11 years out to raise her two boys she have been lucky enough to join the exceptional team at Introlegal in a resourcing capacity. Louisa has always pridedherself on the candidate and client relationships she has developed and ensuring the most professional and consultative approach for both parties which she endeavours to continue in her current role as a Senior Researcher.

Outside of work her boys and their array of sporting activities keep her very busy, along with walking an energetic dog whilst listing to comedy podcasts and trying to maintain some attempt at running regularly. Louisa has a very keen interest in alternative therapies, specifically nutritional therapy (having qualified as a nutritional therapist some years ago) and homeopathy.

Heather Scott

• Legal Researcher

Heather works as a Legal Researcher for Introlegal.

She has been working freelance as a Recruiter / Resourcer for the past 5 years with 2 of those 5 years spent supporting legal recruitment searches for the Introlegal widerteam. Heather’s expertise spans across all legal sectors but most recently focusing on Real Estate.

In her spare time, she is working on building her freelance career in marketing and legal recruitment, whilst spending time with her 2 pups, and more time than she should trying out London’s restaurants, especially dessert places!

Rowena Bubb

• Business Support & Legal

Rowena is the Managing Director of Lewis Row Recruitment, a recruitment consultancy specialising in the legal sector on the business support side, in particular in Risk and Compliance, HR and Business Development. Rowena partnered with Introlegal to offer business support recruitment needs to our respective clients.

After spending much of her career working for law firms in the City of London in HR as an internal and graduate recruiter she later moved into consultancy. This combination of over 20 years’ experience as an internal recruiter and consultant, led her to take the plunge in 2017 and set up her own business – Lewis Row Recruitment.

Outside of work you will find Rowena enjoying time with family and friends, going for a walk or swim or planning her next escape in her caravan or to somewhere sunny!
